    I am in the middle of making a car and i needed to make the roof flatter. Now theres a giant hole in the center and you can see all the way to the bottom. is there a way to fix this?

      It would be helpful if you could post a pic of th problem, but my guess is that a face isnt closing up because your edges arent all aligned.

      If you split the hole up in to triangles, with the , does it close?

        i can close it by making a diagonol line across the whole square, but i dont want the line there. It looks like a giant square is taken out on top of the car (i cant post pics)

        i fixed it by hiding the line

            Thanks, BTW i am trying to write something on my car and it is just floating and not on the car. this is making me not able to paint it properly or see its side view

                Not a Car and not SU lines but the basics of the technique are the same; have a look at this tutorial here:
