Got a problem and I hope someone knows about it.
After closing Sketchup the Task Manager ( WinXP ) shows the full capacity with Sketchup.exe
Restart Sketchup there are two sketchup.exe in the Task Manager, both with 50%
and the process goes on if I close Sketchup. There must be a problem, but where?
Any suggestion?
Okay, got it too.
Now the first question. Is it possible for the knife tool to set construction lines ( ie. with holding ctrl ) ?

Das einfachste ist es das Werkzeug ' Winkelmesser ' zu nehmen und aus dem Eingabefeld den Wert zu nehmen.
Es gibt auf der Rubyseite ein Skript welches ein Winkel als Bemassung anzeigt.
Einfach mal durchsuchen.
Nach Aussage im Podium Forum ist es ein Größenproblem.
Die Lösung kann sein, es aufzulösen und gleich wieder zu Gruppieren.Anschließend Rendern.
Vieleicht mal ausprobieren und Bescheid geben.

Not really like Podium. This seems the upgrade from the old TurboSketch. It is from the IMSI Design Team.
Ich hatte das Problem vor geraumer Zeit auch mal, kann mich aber nicht mehr erinnern warum es dann funktionierte. Falls es etwas mit dem jpg zu tun hat, lade es doch mal hoch, damit ich es ausprobieren kann.

Ich mache zwar keine Ausschreibungen, aber ich arbeite im Detail genauso...und es kommt gut an.
( Speziell auf Gomera haben sie es lieber gesehen und darauf bestanden, wenn ich Details in diesem Stil angeboten habe )
Ich denke, dass lässt sich auch hier hervorragend machen.
Thanks Mike. I am meaning an easy way to start my apps from the Desktop without folder structures. I have similar something for windows, where I can organize my apps and start quickly what I need ( without having the desktop blowup with copied Icons).

Susan, thats the problem. It should close my wall thickness and not the room. But that is what happend: the walls are open, my rooms are closed.
Face orientations are okay. Now I made it manually, but it is not the best solution.
For scripters another silly proposal 
: Set a plane vertical, move it through the model, all touched is selected, intersect with model and voilà there schould be a real section cut. Possible?
