Raylectron v5.3.53 depth of field test. This is the first time I've tried the Depth of Field effect. The camera model is one I made years ago, but the render is brand new.

Rework of an old render - Flying car
I had forgotten about this until it popped up in Facebook memory feed. Didn't quite like my original render. It was alright, but lacking. So I decided to rework it.

RE: Sketchup version 8 crashes on startup
My honest suggestion would be to update SU.
2017 Make is still available. (I think) You may have to search around for it.

New air car thing
Once again, this is a rough block out. I will use this as a base for a variety of sci fi flying cars. I will also create a series of service trucks based on another core rough block. All eventually to create traffic for a city scene. And to increase my general fleet, of course.

RE: Iria - main car
Front section first. Just a flat outline. Two component halves. I want to make sure the nose profile and general scale is right. I'll eyeball this for a while and then go to the next step. 3 curves to make the nose. The rest of the model will hang on this.

The Nadesico A
Next up , the Nadesico (A). This one is going to take a while. It has a lot of very deceptive curves and I have nothing to scale it against yet.
If you have not seen this anime, it's pretty funny and old school anime corny. You can watch it for free on Retrocrush.
If this goes well, I'll do the Nadesico B.
