I would totally support Google Rulin the world, As it is, Microsoft is doing that(Think how many PCs are running XP and Vista).

One world. My personal os is exactly the same as everyone elses. (idealogy aside). I breathe, I eat, I fart, I laugh.
And If you dont fart, you dont laugh and if you dont laugh, you die.

but gaieus, if you dont subscribe to the latest 'fix' you have to live in fear of the evil ones who wish to make your life even more frustrating.

I feel a "duh" coming on.

Ok, so most of us know that the planet is going down the tube.(we only have the one tube).

But in the meantime, we have to carry on and continue to do our small things, which if not particularly helping, will not make things worse, hopefully.

So why does the most powerful software giant on this planet continue to treat me, the average user, like an idiot.
I just acccepted an automatic upgrade for IE7. I dont need it, I use firefox, but I have to keep abreast of what most of my deluded clients still use.

Anyway, not only did m/soft not tell me how big the d/load was, they also locked my puter until they were happy.
I was not, so I HAD to hard boot. Curse them!
      Not Happy!!!!

Is there a 'Craig' at m/soft that one could talk to, me no think so.

C'mon google, take over the planet, I'll be in it.

DH, 300dpi is usually fine for most print jobs, fine art books will usually be 600dpi or more.
Dont forget to convert your image from RGB to CMYK, which is the 'palette' that ink printers use. (find it under image/mode)
It can all get horribly complicated getting stuff print ready, but usually you can just give the original file to the printer and they will sort it. But try to get a look at the colour proofs if you can. There can be, (and usually is), a world of difference between your screen colours and the final print job and im betting that this will be important for you.

      Thanks Juan.
I have avg free, also a licenced version of tune up utilities, its really useful.
I cant find anything called 'windows defender'
Wouldnt removing msn mess with my network settings, file sharing etc?

Whats the story with the 'Zoco"?

remus, while you're there, could you tell me something about codecs?
Something to do with media players is all I know.
I just had a look at jan's site and tried to view his spider animation but 'wrong codec'.

thanks remus, I have started to tentatively remove some HP bits and pieces, with a necessary restart each time. It wont let me uninstall some things, which i assume is what you meant by not being able not being able to do much damage.

I have got to the point of understanding that I believe,(I am certain of), what I feel.
So I am what I feel and that makes unnecesary the need to believe.
Further more I am able to avoid the feels I dont like.
      So, pretty good for now.

As I did a lot of mental_rational_thinking about what was worth to believe in and got to the conclusion that if *** existed I obviously had to know about *** I sort of make a submission to life itself, in the sense of not unnecesary_strugglings, and keep watching whats happens inside myself.

and i think i am getting sure to have what i always wanted to have
the certainty that *** lives in me as i like He to live in me.
have to see yet if that is a sin or .the inevitable way of my living

Juan, I am so into that. You express it to the max. thanks.

Yes, I have an HP xp recovery disc, also a vista install disk.
it all sounds very complicated, there must be an easier way than a complete reinstall?

I do update drivers when absolutely necessary, but are you suggesting that I start from scratch?
      don't wanna!

ps: thank you for replying, I must do more myself
pps: been using avg for 3/4 years now, easy to use and always on the case. Must start paying for it soon to stop feeling guilty.
ppps: have been inspired every now and then to chuck a bit in to some other free apps. Maybe should start a thread of worthy causes?

just got a fingerprint request! it never stops!
