    • RE: Why can't I Orbit/Pan with middle mouse button in OSX?

      OK, i figured it out...
I had USB Overdrive competing with Logitec Control Center competing with SteerMouse... OSX was paying attention to USB Overdrive only.
Thanks for all the help! haha

    • Why can't I Orbit/Pan with middle mouse button in OSX?

I have SU 7 and a Logitec V470 mouse that I would like to use the same way you can in windows. I am using the Logitec Control Center to control the mouse and I have assigned the wheel button to (middle click) and also to (button 3), neither makes any difference. SU just seems to ignore any changes I make. The only thing the wheel click does is to start some sort of weird zooming while I move my mouse around.
I would like to be able to use my 3 button mouse the same way you can in Windows!
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    • RE: A Welcome Message to New SketchUcation Members

I am not sure where to post this so I'll try here.
I can't seem to get my orbit and shift/pan functions to work with the middle mouse button. I press the middle button and no matter what else I press or change, all I get is some sort of zooming which is really annoying.
I have SU 7 on my macbook pro and am using a logitec v470 bluetooth mouse and the logitec control panel. Middle mouse button is assigned to button 3. I know it works for some mac users but for some reason it is not working on mine. Right click is working fine and I can orbit and pan using shift+control+command keys and mouse button 1. Those are single button mouse setting though and not user friendly.
      Anybody have any ideas?
