Daniel - yes the static people are a bit strange but Solo put me on the Marlin site and I'll be using them for the next project.

Scottpara - thanks for the comments and I'll let the people over at Maxwell know about the interiors
One of my staff members had to do the interiors real quickly so time was not on our side.

I would love to see more people posting Vue interiors and perhaps share some of the settings but I find it is always a toss-up between quality and speed with animations.

Yes the tree movements does come out a bit erratic - unfortunately time constraints rarely give you the opportunity to do it over.

I only recently started using the software and you need patience with architectural work but the landscapes are irresistible.

Video did not take that long - about 10 days.

The materials are very dark so they reflect light poorly. I tried a quick render in Kerkythea with much the same results as Podium.

A lot of faces are also reversed but I don't think that adds to the problem really.

Maybe you can up the ambient light a bit to make thing lighter.

You need to check your model - there are many backfaces and the materials are terrible for rendering (especially with a ray tracer).

Tried it in Maxwell for 15min with high light settings and some additional lights behind the camera.

Hope you come right!

Just up the light in podium or lighten with PS
