My wish list is pretty basic: Provide a way to draw circles & polygons starting from an edge instead of from the center (like most 2D vector drawing programs can do). Likewise, provide a way to draw rectangles starting from their centers. Allow the cursor keys to constrain the plane of rotation of the rotate tool along the red, green, or blue axis, similar to how they set constraints for the move tool. Similarly, allow the cursor keys to set the plane for drawing out rectangles, polygons, arc bulges, & so on. Additional selection tools, modeled after the oval, polygon, & selection brushes in Photoshop, plus an option to limit what they select to visible faces and/or edges.

I've been wondering about a dynamic mannequin, too. I think you could use the SET function in an onclick event to cycle through a list of angles. But also, be able to select poses from a drop-down list at the same time. I'll try to make a simplified example as a test. To get this to work, I'm assuming a fairly deep nesting may be needed. I already have some code that saves/restores DC attributes to a texttext file. Do you have a model made already to play around with?

@gaieus said: Szia András! ... Remember where you save them, go there and open the component just to see that they are now just a simple file (without being a component inside the file). .. when you drag some dynamic component from the file manager to the sketchup windows, it seems to lose its dynamic characteristics your explanation solves the problem: just explode once the dynamic component you just dragged into sketchup, and the dynamic characteristics are available again thank you, this is a big help but how do you make sure in the first place when you register the component, that it is "just a file", and not a "component in a file" ?
