I have already sent an email to ASGVIS support group, but I would like to know if anybody has the some problem too.

I am using windows vista.
I have downloaded V-Ray for Sketchup demo version.
I installed the program. when I run SU 7 pro (trial version) an error message appears saying that I do not have a valid license. I should close SU and run License Manager Wizard.

I follow the instructions, click "I would like to demo this product".
first I tried "web activation" then another error message pops up and says that I already have a demo license.
then I tried manuel activation and filled the form and submit. but the result is "No license locality specified. Use -local"

completely lost!!!
