SU pro 7 demo + V-Ray demo = license problem

Hi,
I have already sent an email to ASGVIS support group, but I would like to know if anybody has the some problem too.I am using windows vista.
I have downloaded V-Ray for Sketchup demo version.
I installed the program. when I run SU 7 pro (trial version) an error message appears saying that I do not have a valid license. I should close SU and run License Manager Wizard.I follow the instructions, click "I would like to demo this product".
first I tried "web activation" then another error message pops up and says that I already have a demo license.
then I tried manuel activation and filled the form and submit. but the result is "No license locality specified. Use -local"completely lost!!!

When the error message popped up telling you that you had already activated a demo license, it should also have told you to send an email with the request code. Please follow those instructions, it's the only way you're ever going to get it to work properly.
