Just tried the SketchUp 2015 plugin and it worked great. I was relieved because I also tried bringing in a Max version of the same model through the 3ds Max plugin and it was an absolute disaster; but that's a topic for another forum.
I have followed Cl3ver for some time and it seems to be on the verge of breaking out as a widely useful and impressive platform. Then I got a price quote I immediately notified potential clients that using the platform is cost prohibitive with the current pricing scheme.
Maybe Cl3ver will retain a few high profile enterprise clients for a short time with the current pricing; but between Unity, Autodesks own acquisition of bitsquid, and even PlayCanvas very close to delivering the same experience I would think Cl3ver would want to be in the position of securing market share rather than the few companies that would seriously consider this fitting in a budget.
