Thanks fot the response.
I tried again this morning and when pressing Manage Licence I now have been offered the chance to load the licence.
It must have just been a time thing, or perhaps my PC needed to be off and the then switched back on.
All good to go now.

Hello.
I have just purchased a licence of Fredospline and though I have followed all the recommended actions, Sketchup still thinks that I jsut have the trial version and that the time has run out.
I have Libfredo6 and the sketchucation manager installed so am very confused as to why I can't use my new licence.
Any help would be much appreciated.
