I installed the latest plugin but it doesn't appear in the menu list

Hello, I installed the latest plugin but it does not appear in the menu list

I downloaded the most updated version ExtensionStore v4.3.0, and it still doesn't allow me to download extensions from there, I get a message like this

The plugin doesn't work, even though I installed the AMS library

Why can't I use the plugin? I choose 'edit and save' and a new window does not open for me. I have already installed the AMS_LIB library. Please if anyone can send me a response to the email 0583224123N@GMAIL.COM
