      Hi,
I am using a computer that i don't have admin position on the server. Before one of the latest windows update there was no problem, but after that i can't use fredo plugins that depends on libfredo. I can use fredo tools for example. When admin opens sketchup they works but i can't. How can i solve the problem?
      Thanks..

Sounds like SketchUp was not installed properly.
This can cause issues with permissions and the saving/reading of preferences/setting/licenses etc.
I'll set out the way to fix it - if you have sufficient rights on your computer...
Log in as you normal user-account.
        Close SketchUp.
Find its installer exe file [usually in your Downloads].
Select its icon, right-click > context-menu > 'Run as administrator'
Answer the prompts and when offered 'Repair' choose that.
This fixes permissions etc. When SketchUp restarts it should work.
However, if you installed it 'as admin' rather than as your usual user-account login.
        this might cause issues.
Running apps like SketchUp 'as admin' breaks some features too -
like drag-n-drop - because a lower level app like Windows-Explorer can't affect a higher one like SketchUp [as admin]

If SketchUp was installed by 'IT' then they need to set up all of your user's permissions to FULL to let it work properly.
If permissions for some folders in the AppData tree for your user are also skewed these need fixing too -
some specific folders/files would be ../Local/SCF used for SketchUcation logins, 'set' saving etc, ../Local/LIBFREDO6_DATA_Dir for Fredo's data, ../Local/Temp/Fredo6_LibFredo6_TemporaryFiles and C:\Users\Public\SCF Licenses where the licenses are now stored...

Thank you TIG. I don't have permission to install programs, when i need a program, IT came and install it. While double clicking to install a setup file, it asks to log in as administrator. That was not a problem before windows uptade. I asked them to give permission needed and they did it but it seems we need permission for some other folders. I will ask them.

Correct installation requires right clicking on the SketchUp installer and selecting Run as administrator as TIG wrote not double clicking.

If IT won't give you temporary privileges to install SketchUp correctly, they should be able to use your sign in credentials with admin status to install or repair the installation.

My previous employer's IT department had an arrangement so I could request admin status under my login so I could install required software. That status would be granted temporarily for a period of one hour. That worked fine for doing things like installing SketchUp. Maybe your IT department can do the same for you.

PS: Also make sure you have the latest versions of Fredo's extensions, LibFredo6 and the SketchUcation toolset installed - there have been changes to the licensing setup...
