ClothWorks – Create Cloth not working in SketchUp 2025 (Mac)

Hello Anton,
I am using:
SketchUp 2025 (Version 25.0.659)
macOS (MacBook)
ClothWorks 7.1a – license active (Normal, Infinite validity)
The plugin loads correctly, license is active, UI works, but:
When I:
Create a simple rectangle
Make it a group
Select the group (bounding box visible)
Click “Create Cloth”
Nothing happens.
The Cloth tab still shows: “none selected – edit materials only”.I tested:
In a completely new file
With only one single planar face
With no other plugins interfering
After resetting preferences
After reinstalling ClothWorks and SketchUcation tools
Push/Pull and other tools work correctly.
It seems Create Cloth does not initialize the cloth object in SU2025 on Mac.
Could this be a compatibility issue with SketchUp 2025?

Did you open the Ruby Console while performing steps? Error msgs ?
