      Some interior modeling and renderings for a house in Pacific Palisades. I'm working on this for myself and most of my work involves drafting. This I would consider my own interior design.

          @Rich-O-Brien Thanks Rich. I know the owner for many years now. The house here is still under construction. It even has an elevator. He's the client/friend that I've been working on for his Malibu fire house. LA building department is taking forever to the point of being ridiculous.

                LA is known for being VERY slow (even before the fires), nit-picky, and sometimes downright unreasonable. Best of luck in getting the project(s) approved!
