3D warehouse "load blocked"

I am trying to download models from 3D warehouse when I download model into my main model when I do that it bug splats my file. So instead of down loading into my file I open 3D warehouse it says download blocked so obviously I get no download. if I shut 3D warehouse down and open it again. sometimes it lets me download 1 item and then "download blocked"
The 2 thing a prob not connected. any ideas?

I had an issue some months ago where Instagram appeared as a white screen. After signing out of it I cleared everything to do with it from my computer. Then I was able to get back into the site and see content.

@Dave-R Dave, yes. I just get a blank pop-up in the tab. I tried clearing everything. I got this weird message when I signed in the first time before I noticed this.
"If this was you, you won’t be able to access certain security and account settings for a few days. You can still access these settings from a device you’ve logged in with in the past."
It's the same device. I've since applied two factor authentication with my phone number. Nothing changed. Been waiting. Every one else's posts act normally.

I cleaned everything again and even after two factor authentication I got this:
"If this was you, you won’t be able to access certain security and account settings for a few days. You can still access these settings from a device you’ve logged in with in the past."
Makes no sense. Guess I have to stop using Instagram.
