Un immense merci, je viens de voir une application étonnante de ton plug-in où on voit que ça prendrait en compte le mapping en 3 d à partir des images. Je vais essayer demain chez moi, mais suis bluffé encore une fois par ton travail
      Je parle de cette image

        Hello,
It’s really excellent. However, when I tried again this morning, it got stuck at the same point with this image. I even reduced the image resolution to 500 pixels, but the result is the same. Is there any setting I could adjust to improve speed or get past this block?

I find your comment rather unpleasant...
I’m not sure it’s even possible to create this type of structure in 20 minutes using Image Trimer:
                  Clip 1 (1).mp4
                  There’s really no comparison.

I tried with the image and di not get any problem.

Can you open the Ruby console before you launch Pic2Shape.

                    ![alt text](Grid Simple.gif image url)

I could also generate the 3D grid object via texturing.

                      Thanks Fredo.
I think my PNG file was poorly prepared. In your video capture, things move very quickly—by comparison, on my end, it wasn't progressing at all. However, the other files I prepared worked just fine. Your percentage setting is excellent and really allows for fine-tuning the level of detail.
By the way, what do you mean: "Can you open the Ruby console before you launch Pic2Shape."
Do you mean that I need to open the Ruby console before applying your plugin?
Or are you asking me to show the contents of the Ruby console while Pic2shape is running?

Really? That’s strange. I just tested it again with this image, and it worked right away.

What @fredo6 means is that if you are getting unexpected results, sometimes rather than an explanatory error-message appearing, there's an error message printed out in the Ruby Console [opened in Extensions > Developer submenu] - so seeing that might help you and copy/pasting it into a post can help Fredo see and perhaps resolve the issue...
