SketchUp thumbnail not showing up on Mac

Can someone here help me please solve this problem?
There’s currently an issue with thumbnails not showing up on my Mac and it’s not possible to do anything about it in any standard way. I’m not using any other versions other than SU 25 and I’ve cleaned up my computer from all previous versions. Yet, the icons are not visible, just logo. -
Same for me, it's a shame it's quite practical sometimes

Have you actually installed the app properly ?
Running it from the downloaded app's installer can work, but it can also have weird side-effects like this... -
