how to load toposhaper extension having paid license

Having purchased extension toposhaper by Frudo6, struggling to load license having followed the online instructions from sketchucation. When I down load & try to open nothing happens.

Open SketchUp
Go to Tools > Fredo Collection > Toposhaper > License...
Click Activate License
Navigate to License file on your local device
Click Open

@Rich-O-Brien Hi, I'm having a similar problem with a few Fredo products, I go to TOOLS, but there are no Fredo products listed to click on? any ideas please?

Have you installed the newest versions of Fredo's extensions and LibFredo6, and the SketchUcation toolset [for the licensing] ?
Install extensions using the SketchUcation ExtensionStore³ system or download the RBZs from our PluginStore and use the native installer, through the Extensions Manager...
Restart SketchUp after the installations to sync everything.
There should be submenus under Tools for Fredo's extensions, including license activation etc.
There are also menu items and Toolbars to use these tools etc...
