That's great. It's like those old Dell business laptops but with a DAW and DJ Controller.

Did you model this? Or is it kitbashed? I want one!

Ta Rich. Modeled myself but cues from stuff I did more than a few years ago.

Each module docks directly to the one below apart from base. USB and HDMI ports at the back, control via the built in keyboard module and an app for mobile or a pad/notebook.

Rendered in Twilight to give a base level for Rayscaper attempts.

WiFi speakers and/or headphones for locational sounds. The vertical turntable is wall mounted via hooks at the back.

I want to get my greasy paws 🐾 on that model to see what we could do in Rayscaper.

Looks great in Twilight. Really nice job

Ta mate, knowing when to stop is not something I can claim to be good at.......

It helps that I still have one of those old Dell laptops.

Ta mare, pretty simple stuff really, just time. Twilight makes the biggest improvement.

@Mike-Amos Hi Mike I thought not telling you this, but then I thought I should. If a turntable is used in the vertical form it would not work with a floating tone arm. It would need to use linear tracking tone arm, I have posted one on this reply. You can google "Vertical linear tracking turntable" you will see what I mean. I am very much a sound reproduction guy, I hate being thought to in the audiophile collective which at worst are neurotic meatheads very prone and susceptible the the placebo effect. Sorry for that bit, but I could not help itπŸ˜‰ Turntable.png

                        Appreciated mate, thanks.

I know of developments when I was looking which included a simple arm on a low friction bar at the tope of the unit, sorry but I cannot find pictures, it was thirty years ago though. I did this for giggle and kicks, no doubt if I were seriuous about it I would look up knew (Pun intended) methods.

In short, you are correct. Keeping the orientation of the 'needle' will be difficuilt even in the example you posted.

Thanks mate, I appreciate you taking the time.
