          There's a mystery to this...

Looks real and CG. Something is off with the light on the benches towards the back. Also the panelling to the right.

Then as I look closer its full of real world irregularity.

I'm confused. It's convincing but also not. There's trickery at play.

If I was to hazard a guess it's the room at Trimble where they ordain Sages

That first image started as four copies of the assembled version of this pine bench.

SketchUp Diffusion did the rest. Another example here.

I was close to saying AI generated but I wasn't sure. It was the windows and panelling that looked off.

Also the shadows. But despite that its incredibly useful in the right hands.

If you tried to match that with a render the time needed would be chunky!

It failed with the leg style though. But overall impressive. Especially your later share.

It seems things especially on the perimeters of the image get painted with a large brush. And you're right about it failing with the legs. Maybe with better prompts. I haven't tried any other AI image generators so I don't know how they compare.

                  Here's another I did yesterday.

                  The original.

Part of the prompt indicated stucco patches on old brick wall. I got these.

I like my brick wall texture better but like you say, in the right hands it is pretty amazing. And certainly for no more time than I have invested in the images, it's hard to complain too much. Well, except for the stucco that looks like it was made from a wedding dress. πŸ˜„
