·ERROR en validacion de licencia

Buenas tardes, tengo una licencia del pluggin FredoScale, pero cuando le doy a validar licencia me dice:
Error in the Liicecnse Validation
Request to Sketchucation: ERROR_A0C
Computer name mismatch - It is advised to erase the Signatura file and revalidate.Qué tengo que hacer? me he descarga el archivo de la licencia ya 20 veces, no sé qué hacer.

After that, restart SketchUp.
If that doesn't help follow the instructions to delete that file, then restart...
Re-validate the licenses to try again...
Fore example, you might have changed your computer's name, which will confuse the licensing checker... -
He probado a hacer todo, he actualizado sketchUcation, he reiniciado SketchUp, he instalado Fredo6 LibFredo6, he vuelto a reiniciar el programa, he instalado FredoScale, y me sigue dando el mismo error.

Go to C:\Users\SomeName\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses and delete the following
SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txtClose SketchUp
Start SketchUp
Now go to Tools > Fredo Collection > Fredoscale > License... and activate the license file using the file at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
Also please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support in SketchUp and copy/paste the info here please.
