Hi,
I'm sure this isn't a new matter but good as Fredo extensions are they are let down by the difficulty of access. I am tying to resurrect Round Corner. It ceased and although I have the bundle licence whatever I do I cannot activate. Any help please? -
@Fredo6 will probably reply, but to use Fredo's licensed extensions you need the latest versions of them installing, AND has support files in LibFredo6, AND for the latest licensing set up the newest version of the SketchUcation toolset.
After installation of the extensions you must restart SketchUp to sync everything.
Licenses can be released and assigned under each tool's submenu dialog, or the 'my-licenses' page, which has had links posted in various places too...
If you have problems with any license set ups you can always email support @ sketchucation setting out your details and problems... -

OK, When I click on a freshly loaded copy of Round Corner, I get this message: Trial Period Expired: FredoCorner
Trial period has expired since Mon 20 Sep 2021
You now need to get a License to continue using the extension
I have a licence that includes Round Corner. I go to "Manage Licence , Validate Licence" That takes me to "I Net Cache>IE>CM2ZIF5E. No idea what that means and it takes me nowhere.
I can access my Licences via https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php, however I cannot connect that to releasing the licence.
I really hope that helps. I am quite at a loss.

Note Round Corner and Fredo Corner are two different extensions.

As Box wrote, Round Corner and FredoCorner are two different extensions and require two different licenses. Since you are getting the message about FredoCroner you must be clicking on a "freshly loaded" copy of FredoCorner, not Round Corner.
I don't know why but a lot of people have difficulty differentiating between the two even though the names are clearly different.
