This url gives you your licensed on the server.
        https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
you need to be signed in to use it.

The attached image shows what the top of the SCF license dialog should look like - v6.0 - yours is out of date, the newer version allows easier license maintenance.
You can get the latest version of the SketchUcation toolset [v4.3.0] from the PluginStore or ExtensionStoreยณ
When SketchUp is restarted you'll have the latest toolset and the latest associated licensing set up.

I am logged into "my licences" and cannot release either of the laptops, only 1 check box to release my iMac, but dont want to release that one.

I have updated to the latest version "6.0"of tools as you recommended on my laptop I wish to also keep and that is still not showing a check box on "my licenses" so dont think that would have help, but cannot update the laptop I wish to release as I have now formatted and reinstalled it.

Based on the message from "Gabor" I thought I could send the ID (as I have below) and admin would have to release the seat for me, so I got on and formatted, I had already released the seat in the software, but that didn't do anything and then meant I couldn't reinstate it either.

So I have no other way for me to release the seat I no longer use or have access too, hopefully a system admin can still do it for me for GJ1650383138.0G ?

Seats are a rip off! A license should be locked to the Profile of the user, I mean Curviloft seats are all gone, I can even release a seat and all because I Finally upgraded my PC! Devs are taking advantage of this greedy method of licensing! All that's needed is to upgrade one major Component of your PC, and that's it.

This licensing method should be looked at seriously, as it's not even a true perpetual license! Damn, even Adobe doesn't have a greedy scheme like this!

I truly look forward to a realistic and honest reply to this, I'm 100% an excuse and defensive reply though......

If your hardware changes then you need to release that hardware seat at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php

So long as your Sketchucation Tools is up to date then your releasing ability is there. You can move around between as many devices as you want with a max of 3 in use/activated.

Can you describe what you're issue is?

Hey Rich, Here's a screenshot of my issue, see where there is no option to release even one license!?

What that means is that you activated seats using an older build of the licensing system. Before we added online releasing.

If you update to Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1 on all devices you can then manage seats at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php

If your devices are no longer accessible then just send a mail to support@sketchucation.com and we'll walk you through what needs to happen.

I'm posting here again to apologize to Rich for my hurtful comment about being driven by greed, not only is this completely wrong but disgusting on my behalf.

I'm Truly sorry for the comment, Rich, and thank you very much for the massive amount of help you've been.
