The frog is done ! Hooray ! Down to the small bits and threading the machine screws

Oops….. forgot the knurling on the adjustment knob….. me bad….. here it is !

Got the hold-down screw for the lever cap done. In the process noticed I forgot a couple of casting recesses in the bottom side of the frog ! I suspect there is going to be a lot of going back for things I missed.

OK. Someone had to say it. Can we see the hidden geometry? Hungry for more!

Dave , should have also mentioned I had to watch your “screw thread “ tutorial about eight times before I could make a reasonable looking machine screw
