Great stuff mate. Reminds me of a program, not Magnum PI but possibly the Prisoner. Like an ear worm I will have to work it out or I'll be stuck with it. Good renders mate.

ja, thats right! As for "archviz" - for my taste too much "carviz" as I find that everywhere the car claims the main attention, not the building however which should have that privilege...

Perhaps have the car in the garage with the door open? The character would then be going to the garage giving that situational render you have got, a continuation. Less car more house and situation.
