Stop it opening to Welcome To Sketchup

When I open the desktop shortcut I always get this screen. How do I make it open to SUp??

Preferences>General. Untick Show welcome screen.

Darn Dave that welcome screen box is greyed out so I can't uncheck it?

looks like I am. I closed SUp, opened it and have the same problem.

It says you are still using the trial version. You can't prevent the Welcome screen from opening until you by the subscription license. I thought you'd already done that.

shoot I thought I did also. I'm paying now, is there a Promo code I can use??

I don't know of any current promo codes.
