I have Purchased the Fredo Round corner in that Bundle Pack in May and in the bundle It had Fredo Round Corner which i still have 3 available seats. now its when i try to use it, It is not recognizing my purchase License? when i go to "obtain License" it takes me to a page which is being offered to purchase at $25 for a license for 3 seats. What is going on?

You must use the button 'Validate License', which will ask you for the license file you received from Sketchucation by email.

is there any possibility to refund the product that I just bought? I bought this one Fredo extension, but after i checked it out I realized that there's a bundle version that contains a lot more fredo's extension. I wonder if I can make a refund or upgrade from my purchase with a special discount

Go ahead and purchase the bundle and send a mail to support@sketchucation.com with your Paypal Transaction ID for the original purchase. We can sort the refund and disable the license.

Hello there,
I just realized that RoundCorner and other plugins are not available for free use anymore and they got expired... I live in Turkey and unfortunately PayPal is not supported in here. So, I'm not able to purchase any of the plugins Fredo6 offer. Is there a way to purchase RoundCorner with credit card or online like with TransferWise or Payoneer?

Hi Fredo, I have written to you 2 more times in this forum and I have also sent you an email privately for about 1 month without ever getting a reply. My request was for my license seats that are occupied without actually being active on any PC. I currently only use your plugins on one machine and unfortunately as you can see from the attached screenshoot I have no way of releasing the places I would like to free. Am I wrong or is something not working as it should? Is it possible that I do not have the possibility to activate / deactivate the license according to my needs? I hope in your answer. Thank you.

Hello there fredo.
I live in turkey. 12 USD equal to 220 Turkish Lira and minimum wage is 5500 turkish lira (298usd) in here.
Even tho paying 12 usd for a plugin for me is too expensive but i need to use your push pull tool.
Guess what ? Paypal is blocked in my country i cannot even pay 1/25 of minimum wage for a plugin.
I fcking hate this country so much.
I would apriciate if u could come up with some kind of solution for people who lives in turkey. -

Perhaps there's an alternative. What version of SketchUp are you really using. You put 2019 Free/Make in your profile but there isn't such a version.

Very old versions are not compatible with most newer extensions and tools... -

We didn't know you can release them. And the option doesn't show up for us on the page.
We can not access our old computers anymore and in the heat of the moment we bought a new license on 23/09.
Is it possible to get a refund?
