SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation

Please release some of the licenses for me, I have already reinstalled windows on my old laptop so I can't get a seat from it anymore and it's pretty much getting stuck forever.

The purchase page is here.
But you have a button 'Obtain License' in the License dialog box that would direct you to this page.

I have used up the trial period.
I am not able to find where I can purchase the License?

Every extension has a License entry in its menu. So based on the extension you need to find where in menu system it lives and then look for the License... entry.
Click Obtain License button to go to the extensions purchase page.

How about Fredo Spline? Do this plugins have bundle together with plugins which you mention above?

This is Fredo's only bundle. His other tools are separate items.

Hello everyone, could you release my licenses?
I ended up formatting my notebook and my desktop computer and forgetting to deactivate the license manually, now it's stuck on old computers.

Your license files are stored there if our email fails to reach your inbox. But I see no purchase for this account.
What did you buy?

Rich, thanks for the information, but on the site where the license files are downloaded there is no option to remove licenses from old activated computers. There is only the option to download the license, there is no more button to tick or click.
From the "SCF License" license manager, when clicking on Validate License and clicking on the downloaded license file, it appears: "ERROR: License seats exceeded"
I downloaded the manual and did not find if it is possible to deactivate the old licenses manually, without having to contact you!
A recommendation, they could change the system and whenever you activate the downloaded license and all are being used, deactivate the first license automatically, so you don't have to get in your way....

Did you do what was directed in the error message?

Typically Firewalls, Antivirus/Malware apps and VPNs cause issues. Another reason maybe if your on a network in a place of business and sketchucation.com domain is not whitelisted.
But that error does mean the issue is on your side as its preventing you reaching the server.
Also make sure your SketchUp Pro installer is installed using Run as Administrator so that it doesn't get handcuffed by Windows user policies and privileges.

não consigo validar a licença do round corner, na caixa de extensão o erro diz falha na comunicação com o sketchucation
