      I don't understand why it was necessary in the first place. Perhaps there should be two levels? An 'A' grade paid level for people who do use SKP professionally and a 'B' grade free level for hobbyists like myself who get nothing from SKP except the joy of creating something; then sharing that with everyone, oh and yes for free. I will not do commissions, I think that is just going down a level. If I can create something for someone because they like my work, then I'm happy to do so. My daughter does the same and she may spend months on a creation.

          After changing the computer, the licensing problem continues
          sketchupUcation and all fredo6 plugins
          (FredoCorner, JointPushPull, Curviloft, FredoScale, TopoShaper, Curvizard, VisuHole, ToolsOnSurface)
          are up to date. However, the ERROR_A04 error continues. If you delete the signature file and try again, the B03 error appears and the same ERROR_A04 occurs.
          how can i solve this problom??

                My license doesn't works.
                Error message says :

                Error in the License Validation
                Request to Sketchucation : ERROR_A04
                Worng Signature File - You may have changed the computer name
                It is advised to erase the Signature file and revalidate
                Do you wnat to open the folder containing the Signature file?

                How can i solve this problem?

                  The error A04 means the licensing system can't decode the signature-file.
                  Which is somehow unreadable...
                  So perhaps you have renamed your computer, or it has a name that doesn't follow the Microsoft Windows requirements - e.g. perhaps it contains non ASCII letters/numbers or unusual punctuation or foreign characters etc...

                  Follow the instructions of the error-message...
                  Click the button to open the folder containing your signature-file and delete that signature-file.
                  You can now try to re-activate the license[s] and the current computer-name should be recognized...

                  If the problem continues look at renaming your computer sensibly and deleting the signature-file and re-activating the license[s] again...

                        Please explain yourself better...

                        You bought what twice ?
                        Was one purchase a mistake and you want a refund ? [see Rich's reply before]
                        Or did the purchase fail twice ??

                        Or does something not work properly with the license.
                        You need to install the newest SketchUcation toolset for the up to date licensing set up.
                        Make sure you have the newest versions of the
                        If it's a Fredo tool also make sure you have the newest LibFredo6 version.
                        After installing everything ensure you restart SketchUp to sync things.
                        If you have copies of licenses on your computer the extension's entry under the Tools submenu as a 'License...' link that opens a dialog... where you can activate / remove licenses...
                        You also have your own page at SketchUcation where you can view/manage your licenses...
                        If you get errors when managing your licenses please report the full error-message as its code is helpful to us in helping you...

                              I bought roundcorner. I activated it and used it. Later I run SketchUp, roundcorner isn't activated. I activate again and use it. 5 minutes later, still running the same SketchUp instance, roundcorner isn't activated again. Now I activate it, it says it's activated, but when I click roundcorner to use it, it says not activated. It is stuck in this loop.

                              I am disappointed. I was willing to give my money for the roundcorner tool, but the DRM is broken and I can no longer use the tool I bought. Needless to say this does not encourage me to buy any more tools. I understand DRM is needed, but it must not get in the way of paid users and absolutely must not prevent people from using what they have paid for.

                                I used the Fredo tool yesterday and was prompted with an expired license, I selected the purchased license radical file to activate it and it still prompted an expired license, I activated it again and again and ohhhh, Seats running out!

                                  Do you have the current version of the Sketchucation ExtensionStore installed? And the current version of LibFredo6? Make sure they are up to date and then restart SketchUp.

                                  What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile shows 2020 Free/Make which is impossible.

                                    I also freed up the 3 seats for ToolsOnSurface.

                                      Could you upgdare to the latest version of Sketchucation ExtensionStore (v4.3.1) and also make sure that you are connected to Internet when you invoke the License dialog box.

                                          That shouldn't be a surpise. The license is assigned to your computer but you're using the VPN to hide your computer from the outside world so the lcense server can't see your machine.

                                            Actually, the server only sees a token, HW ID, which is generated randomly for the computer and not related to the true computername. The server does not 'see' machines, but just receive text messages from the computer, as any web site.

                                            Instead, I think that the Sketchup Http API has some problem and may not like VPN, or more exactly, may consider that there is no connection, especially if the VPN is activated after Sketchup is started. The API tends to freeze its status when it opens Sketchup.
