      bonjour,
      j'ai acheté la licence round corner et la licence fredocorner mais je n'arrive a intsaller aucune des deux. J'ai ce message d'erreur et quand jessais d'enlever le lien signature rien ne change...

        Your screenshot shows you have an old version of the licensing system installed.
        Please update to the newest versions of the SketchUcation toolset [for the newer licensing] and LibFredo6.
        After the installation restart SketchUp to sync everything...
        If you still have problems let us know...

        Veuillez mettre à jour les dernières versions de l'ensemble d'outils SketchUcation [pour la nouvelle licence] et LibFredo6.
        Après l'installation, redémarrez SketchUp pour tout synchroniser...
        Si vous avez encore des problèmes, faites-le nous savoir...

          malheureusement rien n'a changer... quand je supprime le fichier signature et que je revalide j'ai une fenetre avec B03 qui saffiche.

            Something has changed - it's now a B03 error message ! [I'm not even sure what that means because it's not listed... hopefully Fredo can explain it]
            Meanwhile can you provide a screenshot of the licensing dialog - so we can see the version now... the version of the SketchUcation toolset and LibFredo6...

            En attendant, pouvez-vous fournir une capture d'écran de la boîte de dialogue de licence - afin que nous puissions voir la version maintenant... la version de l'ensemble d'outils SketchUcation et LibFredo6...

                  Did you upgrade both LibFredo6 and SketchucationStore?

                  If the dialog content does not display, can you try to slightly resize it.


                  Avez-vous mis à jour LibFredo6 et SketchucationStore ?

                  Si le contenu de la boîte de dialogue ne s'affiche pas, pouvez-vous essayer de la redimensionner légèrement.

                        What version of SketchUp are you using? What operating system? Kindly update your forum profile ASAP.

                        Do you have the current version of LibFredo6 and the Sketchucation ExtensionStore installed?

                        Show any messages you are getting when you try to validate the RoundCorner license.

                          Whitelisting a domain is not something related to Sketchup or the plugins. Just get help on the Internet for your platform.

                              So everything is up to date...
                              But the computer name is still incorrect...
                              Have you tried deleting the signature-file as the error message says ?
                              You need to restart SketchUp afterwards...
                              Perhaps Fredo can comment... have you any non-ASCII characters in your computer name - e.g. accented letters ?

                              Donc tout est à jour...
                              Mais le nom de l'ordinateur est toujours incorrect...
                              Avez-vous essayé de supprimer le fichier de signature comme le message d'erreur indique ?
                              Vous devez ensuite redémarrer SketchUp...
                              Peut-être que Fredo peut commenter... avez-vous des caractères non ASCII dans le nom de votre ordinateur - par ex. lettres accentuées ?

                                i have updated all the plugins you mentioned. and it seems it will work. but my licensed seats said it is maxed. can you clear everything on the seats so i will have it fresh. kindly response urgently. thank you so much.

                                  Pourquoi le nom de l'ordinateur est incorrect j'ai tout fait depuis cet ordinateur la...

                                  J'ai supprimer le fichier de signature comme le message d'erreur indique revalider et quand je revalide il y a une fenetre avec B03 qui s'affiche. Rien ne change quand je redemarre sketchup.

                                  Le nom du fichier est correct sans accent ni symbole.

                                          I am sorry if this has already been asked and answered but is it possible to unseat 1 or all licenses from the online license page? Or could you clear all of my seats I purchased so I can start fresh?Reason being, I had to reformat one of my desktops containing the seat and now I can't license Curvizard or loft. Please help.
