SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation

Hi Fredo,
I have just bought a license and the payment went through, however I sent the amount twice by accident, how can a get a refund for 1 licensce? Regards Michal -

I installed a few plugins today, our office purchased licenses last year for a handful of the Fredo6 plugins. Some of the plugins automatically prompted me to validate the license because the trial period was already expired.
Some of the other plugins (toposhaper, fredoscale, curvizard) are working but I was not prompted to validate the licenses, is this because I am in the free trial period? How do I get to the pop-up window to validate the license for these plugins now without waiting for the trial period to expire?

Under each of the Fredo-extension's listings in the Tools menu there's a License... item...
Choose that and a dialog appears allowing you to manage that extension's license etc.
To buy one you choose Obtain, but to Validate an already purchased license choose that option - you need to know the location of that license file on your system to activate it on your computer - perhaps your IT guy can help there... -

This is in SketchUp 2016 Make?
Do you have the current version of the Sketchucation tool installed? Current version of LbFredo6?

If it's really under v2016 you probably need the legacy version of LibFredo too.
I not sure how well any of the support files work in aversion that old.
If you have a newer SketchUp version installed please change your Profile details and let us know - with the other info I also asked for... -

I had this problem when I changed my computer.
All licenses don't work.
Error codes B03 and A_04 are being repeated.
Please solve the problem.

Have you tried the suggestion in the dialog.
Open the indicated folder and delete the license signature file, then re-validate ?? -

This is strange. If you changed your computer, then you should not have any signature file in the first place. Did you copy things other between the computers?

Fredo will probably chip in, but meanwhile, please ensure that you have the latest versions of LibFredo and the SketchUcation Toolset installed... and restart SketchUp.
You license is reporting an older version [v5.7a] - but it's currently v6.0e, which is shipped with the latest SketchUcation v4.3.0 RBZ...
Also check your internet connectivity and your firewall whitelisting of SketchUcation.com etc... -

If you wish to release a seat, just send me a PM with the seat number (or date or HWID).
