      When I start a new SU file I get a Load Error. How do I clear it?

        Load errors come from extensions that aren't loading properly. The main one appears to be Profile Builder 3 and probably because it was installed incorrectly or there weren't sufficient privileges when it was installed. How did you install Profile Builder 3? When you installed SU2020 did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator?

        I would suggest repairing the installation of SketchUp and then navigate to the Plugins folder (C:/Users/John/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp 2020/SketchUp/Plugins/) and remove any sign of Profile Builder 3. Reinstall the extension then.
