Sketchy looking 3D Site Plan
-
...again a no complex rendering but rather a somewhat "snotty" looking 3D site plan sketch.
This kind of simple, fast and dirty presentation I/we use quite often when we develop and present first thoughts about new site planning projects.
In an early project phase we do not want to appear too old-fashioned graphically on the one hand (which is always a question of taste of course) and on the other hand we want avoid senseless discussions about any details in this early project period and for this reason we remain very abstract here.
(a very simple Enscape white mode rendering with within Photoshop multiplied sketchy native SkUp hidden line renders as desired)

I like it! Especially the little pictures on the right which may be a little redundant but I guess that's what you mean by snotty. Looks quite sketchy, like a brilliant architect just dashed it off.

Impressive! I would promote the lower right hand image to be the main view. As you say, a matter of taste!

Real nice concept presentation. Good work.

I like your trees in the model
and the model also -
Super presentation

...thanks a lot to all - the image details on the right in the collage above are the used raw image data which together resulted in the finished image within Photoshop. This small simple tree is from the 3D Warehouse and distributed with Chris Fullmers random rotate and scale plugin.

Exactly about this tree another 3DWH user complained there in the comments quite unreasonable as I think... -
Love the style!

I did see for myself the rude comments. Uncalled for - IMHO

Why would people even do that? Free models and people STILL want to complain?
Totally uncalled for.
