I cant seem to find a plugin that will work converting this model I have been sent. I have it in both SAT and ITP format. The Simlab ITP Importers saying it is not compatible with their version. I need some help here. Anyone got any advice? I cant share the model publicly, but could thru a private exchange.

I looked up the SAT file type and there are a number of programs listed that could open it. Perhaps you can use one of them and export it to something like DXF that SketchUp can open. See: https://fileinfo.com/extension/sat

ask the inventor user for a STEP export and try to import with the SimLab STEP importer for SketchUp.
