    Can someone get this model sliced in Y-direction, spaced 3mm and thickness 3?
    i tried various things to do this so i can get it lasercut...

    pls advise

      Your issue is a result of tiny geometry.
      SketchUp cannot cope with points less than 1/1000" apart. it thinks they are coincident and then doesn't make the related tiny edge, so the edge's face is also missed out etc, and the slicing probably produces several such occurrences.

      Try this...
      View in Monochrome mode - there's no advantage in seeing it in 'wood-grain'.
      Also View > Hidden Geometry ON to see all of the tiny edges forming its surface.

      Now Scale the whole thing up by x100 [perhaps even x1000?].
      Re-zoom.

      Now use Slicer with increased values e.g. 3mm becomes 300mm etc.

      It should now slice as you hope...

      Scale the model back down to the original size...
      Tiny geometry can exist, but it cannot be created !

            I'm having trouble exporting the DXF in Sketchup 2025. It doesn't save the file at all. Any help?
