Windows < Preferences < Extensions < vfs is grayed out

Im trying to install V-ray for Sketchup.
Under Windows< Preferences < Extensions, the vfs toolbar is showing, however it is grayed out.
Also, on starting Sketchup, I am getting a pop up of "Load errors"which is related to the v-ray installation as far as I can tell.
Please help me out! Thanks!

Did you contact Vray support? Surely your license covers installation support.
