Network rendering questions

Hello,
We have 4 PCs with v-ray for sketchup. We are going to install a large network rendering PC. Before updating our licenses, I have a few questions:
Is it necessary to install a v-ray license on this rendering PC?
Are our licenses that have Distributed rendering sufficient or does it require a v-ray render node licenses for each post?Thank you !
