I'm hoping the referred added support for Excel files in Layout will allow the import / reading of password access locked spreadsheets.

Does anyone have a link for where to go get the update?

If I go to the download page you have to go through the process like you did not already have SketchUp. Also, I have tried to click on the Check for Update link and it says I am up to date.

How did you find out about the update? I have not received/seen anything and if you go to the SketchUp site it does not mention it anywhere.

In the Release Notes page there is this entry:

Made updates to Measurements toolbar entries for tools:
(Win) SketchUp now recognizes both the decimal and list separators that are set within the Windows OS.

Does this mean non-english OS and keyboards can use the keypad decimal key without SketchUp throwing the Invalid length entered error? If so, it it doesn't work for me. Spanish OS, Spanish keyboard layout. Decimal separator set to comma in the OS (by the default).

works flawless here (Win/Keyboard: German) already with older SU versions (Windows locale separators: decimal = comma / list = semicolon / numerical keypad: comma).

What is the decimal separator of a Spanish keypad and what is shown in SU if using it?

Looks like the update is being rolled out directly to SU now - I've just had a prompt on launch.

                        Hello sketch3d.de,

What is printed on the number keypad is a dot. It shows as a dot in SU. Typing it in something like Notepad also shows as a dot.

I've installed the germal keyboard layout to test and it does type a comma. I also happen to have a german stand alone number pad and it has a comma printed on the key. It seems to me that historically the German number pad decimal key is a comma, which coincides with the decimal separator set in the operating system.

I now realise my problem is not with Sketchup but with the system.
