Need help with a messed up mesh

I imported a mesh that was Geo Located and have been manipulating it with Sandbox I did a drape, then further manipulated the mesh with Artisan. So I have some problems occurring. I wonder if there is a plugin or some way to take what I have and re triangle it or at least simplify the mesh.

I don't know will it work,I think you could try Drape Cpoint and Triangulate Points both from TIG May the force be with you -
You could make those area planar using Vertex Tools then delete the edges and re add where need to.

@ Collage Architect not sure how how Drape CPoints and Triangulate CPoints were supposed to work not tried it before but thanks,

I saw it some where on the internet and had one of those " I can model that" moments years ago. I only recently took it up again. I have a long ways to go and lots of detail to refine but this a rendering I recently did with Twilight .
