Can you post an image of your Brick Diffuse and Displacement maps? Perhaps your material settings for it as well?

First off, the displacement is set too high. If it's set at 1.0 right now, try coming down to 0.1...if its set to 4, try bringing down to 0.5 or lower. Also, your diffuse and bump maps aren't lining up. Either you're using different maps, or accidentally changed a uv mapping or scale value in one but not the other. And as rspierenburg said, if you post the maps you're using and screen shot of your settings we may be able to help more. cheers

My suggestion is to not use displacement on brick. You really want to reserve displacement for things that are

              1. close to camera
              2. have a lot of 3D relief and detail (stonework, etc.)

Bricks can be rendered much faster with a bump or normal map. Try plugging your diffuse map into this website and create a normal map, put that in your bump slot.
