I would like to see a plugin that allow you to specify the degrees and direction to orbit the model.

As an example, there are links that allow you to set the camera to front, back, left and right. While that is useful in most occasions, I would like to be able to specify the degree of orbiting the model for setting the camera view for scenes. Again, as an example, I would like to orbit the model say 45 degrees, or 22.5 degrees to the right from the current view. That way I could have a front, half or quarter rotation between front and right or left and so on.

Hope this makes sense and would also be useful to others.

Thanks TIG, that does exactly what I was looking for. I need to experiment with the different settings. SU does not always orbit the way I would expect. Especially in Perspective mode.

I tried to find it on the SketchUcation site but it did not show up in the Extension Warehouse.

None of my Plugins are on the EWH* - but all of them are on SketchUcation's PluginStore/ExtensionStore³
*There are SOME Extensions there which contain my code: these were commissioned by third-parties - and have NOW been published by their owners on EWH, listed under their ownership...

Sorry TIG that is where I meant. I misspoke. I used the Extemsion Store toolbar link and told it to show me all of your plugins. Maybe I just missed it.

Yes, that is what I used to get the plugin. 😄
