Visit Controller - Switch
-
Fredo, what is the purpose of the Switch in the visit controller?
-
Instead of having a slider in a separate window, a Switch would be embedded in the model
- it will be part of the model or will appear when the mouse is in the vicinity
- depending on the case, when clicking on it, it would do
- an ON/OFF for a pre-assigned piece of animation
- or show a sort of slider to position the animation where you wish.
That's the idea.
Switches should be
- either drawing (so not object), but you have to visit within Animator Visitor mode
- or Dynamic components, so that you interact with them in a standard way
- or regular objects, and the visit would be done in Regular Sketchup, but you would need before to launch a kind of special silent listener, so that when you select the swicth, it performs the animation.

I think I get the idea... Interactivelly control animation through in model objects. It's pretty cool, but is it working already? If so I have to try it! Question is when?
-
Not working yet. Missing the whole UI.
But same idea as the sliders, that is you can play normal time, fast or put at any state via the slider, depending on the options you choose.
