I'm confused about Chaosgroup resellers policy, is it absolutely necessary to buy their software based on geographic location? Why such a strange system, in 2017, instead of simply buying directly to Chaosgroup?

I mailed my country's reseller with several questions, but no reply.

Had to same problem here. Most have just failed to respond. I am certain Chaos group are missing out on a ton of sales by not allowing to purchase direct.
