SU 2015 Make Welcome screen

It is a minor annoyance to be sure, but is there any way to by-pass the SU/Trimbel Welcome screen and open directly into SU?
Like SU 8 used to do?

Sorry, don't know if its the same as PRO... but don't you have a check/uncheck box in the bottom left corner of the startup window?

No. It's not the same as the pro version. The splash screen at startup cannot be disabled in SketchUp Make. It's a very tiny price to pay for using the free version. As John indicated, for those who find it intolerable, buying SketchUp Pro will give the option to turn it off.
