Perpendicular faces Tools / Square By Chris Fullmer
Just clic extremity : input dimension of the square -
Curviloft by Fredo6 (middle icon on the video)
(Will be also possible with Extrude a Face along Edges by Tig but less practicable!
Select a face an a path and use this method

Select All, Menu Windows / Disable Smooth Edges

Solid Solver by Tig
Select All, Explode All, Select All, Intersect All, Make a Group then call Solid Solver
If you want only the surface, just select the top surface of the result!
That all!
PS If you use the mode XRay view, you will see that you have always the start path!
So take it and move it on the top surface!
