I've been working in another program for the last two weeks and must have forgotten? I was thinking it was just "tab"?

Here's a couple. I've never used either of them so I don't know if this is what you are looking for.

Maybe I'm just losing my mind, but I swear there is a default action built into the program? Maybe I'm just getting my programs mixed up. I am using a broad selection of software for a project at the moment.

Window menu, Hide Dialogs. Hides all the assorted dialogs, but not toolbars.
You can set it as a shortcut of your choice in preferences as Window/show dialog.
It's a toggle so the same shortcut to hide/unhide.

AntonS Windows Settings extension in the PluginStore allows you to hide toolbars, menus, dialogs etc.

AntonS URL is second one in my previous post

Bob, that's why it is a good idea to write something about your link so we know what it is without needing to click on it.

Thanks for the info guys. I still swear there was some quick way to hide toolbars, but I've got the Illustrator and Manga Studio quick keys drilled into my mind at the moment.

Excuse me for asking what might be a stupid question, (or two). You do mean toolbars do you and not the dialogue boxes, because I have the keystroke "H" assigned to hide / show those.

If it is toolbars as well you're trying to hide, why is that ?

Not your fault. My bad: as Box said, I should have included some definition of what the links provided.
