Nice tree. Leaves are large but the shape is like the oaks around here and often hard to find something like that when you need a big oak tree.

If you want to export to SU, use the collada exporter πŸ˜‰ I love NG Plant. There are some good video tutorials by Jim Allen on the NG website too.

There are ways of reducing the file size without necessarily impacting the way the tree looks. Reduce the branch resolution for example. 8 sides for the main trunk, then 4 sides for intermediate branches and then 3 sides for twigs. It's barely noticeable.

                olishea,
                Thanks for website and advice.
I found a beautiful tree at the ngPlant wiki.
                The file is called JA_Sorbus_intermedia_Whitebeam.nga.
Needs to be converted to a ngp file.

Here's the what it looks like.

I found a nice Architectural Scene on the net.
Im trying to imitate one of the trees.
I dont know if i will do the whole scene.
                    Looks hard.
                    It can be found here:

                      A quick test render.
Concrete portion was made and textured with sketch-up.
                      Trees from ngPlant.
The trench was sculpted with blender.
Need to place weeds inside the trench.

Not sure if it is your colour profile or mine but there's a distinctive purple hue to your image.

The concrete and bark looks particularly purple in appearance.

                        Nice results nonetheless. Well done.

Yeah, looks purple to me too. Maybe lavender

Yes, it looks violet. Its the hdr that is making the materials look strange.
Looking for the best hdr and every time i have to adjust my materials for it.
