Hi, the round corner extension via the fredo6 library all of a sudden seems to now make holes and adds black lines. As it was working I figure I've upset something somewhere.

      Make a cube 14mm long, 4mm wide, 4mm high.

Run round corner across a 2 top 14mm edges, 2 vertical 4mm edges, and the intersecting horizontal edge.

      Choose a 1mm round.

What I end up with is nice round edges on the straights, but the intersecting corners holes. See attachment.

      What I am doing wrong.

Try to scale the geometry up before this. The corner faces are too small to be created. (see this example)

Yes! small objects that are processed by native tools [e.g. FollwMe] OR plugins making meshes etc can fail to make tiny facets, if they would have edges <1/1000" long.
SketchUp's in-built tolerance assumes the two point specified for such tiny edge's ends are coincident.
Therefore the tiny edge is not make and the face that needed it fails to be created too.
If you Scale your original object up by say 100, then the smaller facets will still be big enough to get made.
Afterwards you just Scale back down to the desired size.
The tiny facets will survive that Scaling down - tiny geometry can exist - but SketchUp can't create it initially.
