Lighting Issue

I cannot seem to figure out why there is a random arc of light on the floor. Does anyone know what this might be? I ideally want the entire floor to look like the floor at the bottom part of the image.
I have omni can lights in the ceiling, rectangular lights outside the window and under the cabinets and the sun turned on. There is also a ton of noise I do not want on the top right part of the floor.
Any help is appreciated!

Or actually the floor washed with light is fine (if the noise is brought down) and may look better than the floor on the bottom. I just want the floor to be uniform. Thanks!

Have you updated to the latest release? Service Pack 2 is available for download on http://www.Chaosgroup.com.

check your Fresnel reflection value of your floor material, looks like it's too low (like 1.4 or something.) increase it to 2.0 or increase your glossiness value.
